About Pakistan vs England Series

Pakistan tour of England in 2016 has been confirmed by PCB and ECB as part of bilateral series as England will host Pakistan for a full series of Tests and limited-overs matches (ODIs and T20s) between July-September 2016. The tour comes after England’s visit to UAE where Pakistan hosted the visitors in 2015. The Pakistan-England bilateral series is a part of the Future Cricket Tour Programs (FTP) which has been prepared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), PCB and ECB. Pakistan vs England 2016 schedule has now been confirmed and it is available with all details including date, timing and venues.
The 2016 tour of Pakistan consists of a total of 12 matches that involves Pakistan, England and Ireland. Pakistan and England play four Tests, five ODIs and a single T20. Pakistan also plays two ODIs against Ireland on the tour. The squad and players list will be announced before the tour.
Interestingly, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has an agreement with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) under which Pakistan will host England for back-to-back tours before they host Pakistan for consecutive tours from 2016.
