All over:
England make it 4-0! Pakistan showed a hint of competitiveness but they still weren't good enough to match England's prowess in the game. Ben Stokes scored a finely-composed 70-ball 69 while local boy Jonny Bairstow hit a fifty too in a sub-par yet tricky chase. Moeen Ali played an important hand towards the end and sealed the game with a big six. This gives England a 4-0 lead in the ODI series and an Super Series lead of 16-8.

Run out:
Is there still life in this match? Pakistan would want to believe so. A direct hit from skipper Azhar Ali at mid-off beat Bairstow despite the keeper's despairing dive at the non-striker's end. HE walks back for 61. England 225 for 6 in 44.2 overs.
Century on home ground:
Take a bow, Jonny Bairstow! The wicket-keeper batsman scores his second ODI fifty - and his first on home ground. He looks delighted, and rightly so. England 194 for 5 in 37.1 overs.

Goner:
Ben Stokes falls! Imad Wasim has coaxed the all-rounder to play a big hit and Stokes fell for it. He hit one to Babar Azam in the deep to fall for an exceptional 70-ball 69.

Century stand
Stokes and Bairstow have now added 100 runs for the fifth wicket in 106 balls. This has been a tremendous effort from these two, helping the team recovering from an early wobble. However, England will need them to carry on with 76 more needed.
Another scalp:
Irfan has dismissed the 171-man. He's pumped up - does a fine Dale Steyn impression of the fist pump. England are down to 36 for 2 in 6.4 overs.

Roy falls:
Pakistan have got the much-needed early wicket. Jason Roy dismissed for an 11-ball 14. After a couple of horror balls, Irfan gets out an absolute peach out of nowhere. Keeps this in that perfect zone just outside off off a short of a good length and gets the ball to kick up awkwardly while zooming away from the outer-edge. Roy is almost squared up in his attempt to stand tall and defend that he gets a thick edge that carries low to second slip, who takes it.
England 19 for 1.
Innings update: Pakistan 247/8
Another day of struggle for Pakistan, then! They were slow to start, nervy to consolidate despite Azhar Ali's batting efforts. Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid bowled excellently in tandem, before Imad Wasim's 32-ball fifty helped Pakistan go past the 200-run mark. They finished on 247 for 8, a total that England should be able to chase down with ease.

Lower-order resistance:
Imad Wasim comes to Pakistan's rescue...sort of! He has scored 32-ball half-century, laced with seven fours and a six, guiding Pakistan past 200.

Moeen Ali bags his second:
Look away Pakistan fans, this isn't pretty! Mohammad Nawaz steps down the track but can't put bat to ball, and is stumped easily. Pakistan 180 for 7 in 40.5 overs.

Pakistan slip and slide:
It's all Azhar Ali at the moment but wickets are tumbling from the other end. Pakistan have slipped to 154 for 5 in 34 overs, even as Ali moved into the 70s.

Wicket:
Dire, dire start for Pakistan, this! They've struggled to get the runs going and now Sami Aslam has departed while trying to break the shackles. Aslam tried to slog Liam Plunkett but couldn't clear Stokes at deep square leg. Pakistan 61 for 2 in 14.2 overs.
Wicket:
Sharjeel Khan is gone! He was fluent day before but today, he sliced a Chris Jordan delivery high in the air. Ben Stokes took a fine catch running backwards. Pakistan 24 for 1 in 4 overs.

Captains' views:
Eoin Morgan: We would have loved to bat. We have made three changes. We are looking at the fact that we have 17-18 players. It's about finding the players in form and then playing them. I think we will keep our focus on intensity and energy levels. Today is a new day, we have made some changes, the conditions are new and we would like to adapt to them.
Azhar Ali: We are going to bat first. The wicket looks good. The Sun's come out so hopefully we will able to bat well. We have got a few changes today. We know what went wrong, we need to rectify those. We did not set a good tone in the field. On a wicket like these, you need to support your bowlers. Sharjeel played really well to start with. It was a big total to chase.
Team news: Wholesale changes
Both teams have made a host of changes to their line-ups. Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Irfan, Umar Gul & Imad Wasim come in. England bring in Chris Jordan, Jonny Bairstow and Mark Wood.

Build-up:
Hello and welcome to the live blog of the fourth One-Day International between England and Pakistan at Headingley.
Turnaround time in cricket can be a double-edged sword. After the sort of morale-crushing defeat that Pakistan endured at Trent Bridge on Tuesday, the fact that they will take the field again after just a day's break could test their temperament. Whether Azhar Ali's men shrug off the painful experience of the third One-Day International and look to showcase their ability to compete or they carry the baggage of the drubbing and sink further, will be a testament to their character.
The series is done and dusted with England taking a 3-0 lead but the game in Leeds will be far from a dead rubber for their opposition. Pakistan will hope to treat it as an opportunity to prove to the watching world that they don't belong to the lowly ninth spot in the ODI rankings and that Tuesday's (lack of) performance was an aberration.
England's outstanding records-shattering performance epitomised their growth in limited-overs cricket since their defeat to Bangladesh in the 2015 World Cup. Despite the clear gulf in the two sides in terms of approaching white-ball cricket, England deserve the praise for the level of superiority they achieved in the third ODI. The most vital aspect of setting a high standard is to be able to maintain the levels and stay consistent, and that will be on the agenda for Eoin Morgan & Co.
England batsmen will relish the opportunity of repeating their heroics in Headingley, where the surface is bound to favour the run-makers. That they have nothing to play for in terms of the series, could aid Pakistan in playing with clutter-free minds, and pave the way for a much-closer contest.
